Yield: Serves 6
- 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 3 cups sliced frozen strawberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sugar, optional
Add the frozen strawberries, banana, honey, yogurt, and sugar into a food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl once or twice.
Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or sugar, if needed.
Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for 3–4 hours, or until firm but still creamy enough to scoop.
If the frozen yogurt becomes too hard, let it sit on the counter for 15–20 minutes to soften before serving.
