Spicy Shrimp Rice
Spicy Shrimp Rice! An easy, healthy and flavorful recipe with shrimp, rice, garlic, green onion, tomato, and lots of spices.
If you have some leftover cooked rice, this one pot spicy shrimp and rice would be a great idea to make a fast meal. Just stir-fry all the ingredient, add the cooked rice, mix and serve. Perfect dish for spicy food lovers!

Yield: Serves 3
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 400 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 green onions, both green and white parts, sliced
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 1/4 teaspoons paprika powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper (add more or less depends on your taste)
- salt
First combine all the spices. Set the seasoning aside.
Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp and seasoning, stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Then add tomatoes, green onions and balsamic, stir and continue to cook for 3 minutes.
Add rice and 1/4 cup water. Cook until everything is mixed and heated through, about 6-7 minutes. Stir in the parsley and serve.
