Parmesan Baked White Fish

Parmesan Baked White Fish is an easy yet thoroughly impressive seafood recipe made with white fish, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs and some spices, and baked until flaky and crispy. I used Basa for this recipe, but any other white fish would be good too.

Yield: Serves 2
- 2 basa fillets, about 450 g
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup plain panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- lemon juice
- chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a wide bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, Parmesan salt and pepper.
Brush fillets with olive oil. Coat both sides of fillets by pressing into crumb mixture in the bowl and then place them onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake until flakes easily with a fork, about 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley. Serve with Mashed Potato.
