Oven Baked Paneer
Oven Baked Paneer is a quick and easy snack and party appetizer made with non-melting cheese and olive oil.
To make this simple oven baked cheese recipe, cut your Paneer cheese into slices, brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, put under broiler until golden, drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve. Easy!

Yield: Serves 5
- 350 g paneer (non-melting cheese), cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
- olive oil
- balsamic glaze
- salt and black pepper
Set broiler on low. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brush both sides of the cheese slices lightly with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Broil for 2-3 minutes. Using tongs, flip and continue broiling until golden and crispy on both sides.
Transfer to a serving plate, drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
