Mixed Berry Sorbet
Mixed Berry Sorbet is a fresh and fruity sorbet, made with frozen berries, vanilla extract, and honey. This sorbet is a good substitute for ice cream and a perfect way to cool down on a hot day.
To prepare this healthy and super easy sorbet, blend your favorite berries like raspberry, blueberry, and strawberry with honey and vanilla extract until smooth. Chill in the freezer for about 2-3 hours and serve.

Yield: Serves 2
- 3 cups frozen berries (raspberry, blueberry and strawberry)
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup water
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth.
Pour the mixture into an air-tight container. Chill the mixture in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours. Remove from freezer 15-20 minutes before serving.
