Minty Green Pea Dip
Minty Green Pea Dip Recipe - A simple and quick dip recipe for last minute parties.
All you need to make this green pea dip is, cooked green peas, fresh mint leaves, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice and lemon zest. And all you need to do is, blending the entire ingredient together in a food processor. This sold dip goes well with tortilla chips, veggies or crackers. SO Easy!!

Yield: Serves 4
- 500 g frozen green peas
- 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, optional
- salt and pepper
Cook the green peas in salted boiling water until tender. Transfer to an ice-water bath and then drain.
Place the peas, garlic, yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, mint leaves and cumin into a food processor and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with veggies or crackers.
