Valentine’s Marshmallow Pops
Marshmallow Pops recipe is a simple and fun snack recipe to make with kids. They can be served in both baby shower and Valentine’s Day party.
All you need is a bag of marshmallows, white dipping chocolate, sprinkles and lollipop sticks. All you have to do is insert the sticks into the center of each marshmallow, dip in melted chocolate and sprinkle with sprinkles of your choice.

Yield: 6 Marshmallow pops
- 6 Regular sized Marshmallows
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- sprinkles
- lollipop sticks
Insert a lollipop stick into the center of each marshmallow. Set aside.
Melt the chocolate on 30 second intervals in the microwave, stirring well in between.
Dip marshmallows into the melted chocolate covering 1/2 of the marshmallow. Immediately sprinkle the coated marshmallows with the sprinkles and lay on parchment paper or stand up in a short mug.
Repeat with the other marshmallows. Place the marshmallows in the fridge until set, about for 15 minutes.
