Mango Kale Smoothie
Whenever I need a simple snack or a quick and healthy breakfast I make this green smoothie that requires just a few ingredients and is both healthy and tasty!
This easy to make Mango Kale Smoothie is a refreshing healthy drink loaded with healthy ingredients like kale, mango, banana and ginger! But you can customize your smoothie based on what you have on hand!

Yield: Serves 2
- 3 cups frozen mango cubes
- 1 cup chopped green kale
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 cup cold milk (or almond milk for dairy-free version)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1-2 tablespoons honey, optional
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately!
