Honey Ricotta Dip
If you are looking for a super simple appetizer, try this creamy whipped ricotta and cream cheese dip, topped with honey, chopped pistachios and pecans.
Honey Ricotta Dip is light, creamy and very easy to make. Serve it on toast, cracker or as a dip for fresh fruit!

Yield: Serves 12
- 250 g cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 250 g ricotta cheese
- 3 tablespoons honey (plus a little more for drizzle)
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, ricotta and 3 tablespoons honey until smooth. Taste and add more honey if desired.
Transfer to a serving dish and smooth the top. Sprinkle with pistachios and pecans. Drizzle with honey. Serve with cracker or fresh fruit, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
