Frozen Espresso Martini

How to make an Espresso Martini? Here’s a creamy Espresso Martini recipe with vodka, Baileys, Kahlua and an espresso shot - a delicious and easy crowd-pleaser cocktail, perfect for an after-dinner drink or any holiday celebration!
If you don’t have an espresso machine, you can make a strong coffee with instant coffee instead. You can also substitute vodka with gin or blanco tequila.
Yield: Serves 1
- 2 1/2 oz cold brewed espresso (or strong instant coffee)
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 1 oz Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
- 1 oz Baileys Irish cream
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with coffee beans (optional). Serve immediately!
