Energy Bites
You cannot find any easier snack than these no-bake energy bites, filled with oats, ground wheat germ, sunflower seeds, peanut butter, and honey.
These healthy energy balls are fun to make with kids and they are perfect to serve as a simple snack or as an easy no-bake dessert.

Yield: Makes 30-32 energy bites
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup ground wheat germ
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- unsweetened cocoa powder
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly mixed. Let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Once chilled, roll into balls and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
