Broccoli Chicken Casserole
Broccoli Chicken Casserole, a simple chicken dish made with chicken, broccoli, sour cream, mayonnaise, and cheese that the whole family even the kids will love it. I love broccoli chicken casserole recipe because it is easy to make, tasty, and filling!
If you have some leftover chicken, this broccoli chicken casserole is a great recipe to use it up and make a quick meal. It can be served warm or cold with pasta or bread.

Yield: Serves 5
- 4 cups shredded Cooked Chicken
- 300 g small fresh broccoli florets
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby & Monterrey jack & cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and black pepper to taste
Bring 4 cups water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and cook until tender, about 8-9 minutes. Drain well and chop into pieces. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Lightly spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Transfer the broccoli mixture to prepared casserole dish.
Bake until bubbly, about 30-32 minutes.
Serve warm or cold with bread slices.
