How to make salsa with bell pepper? Dice bell peppers and onion. Mix with parsley, olives, olive oil, pomegranate molasses, sumac, salt, and pepper. Chill and serve.
Yield: Serves 4
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 orange bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 1 cup olives, chopped
- 1 cup parsley, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
- 1 tablespoon sumac
- salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients.
Let the salsa chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
