Banana Pancake
Who would have thought you could make flourless pancakes with only 3-ingredients?
To make this no-flour pancake, mash the bananas, mix with eggs and cinnamon. Fry in a pan with a little butter until golden. Serve either plain, with maple syrup, chocolate syrup, fresh fruit or any other toppings you like.

Yield: Serves 2
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- butter or non-stick cooking spray
- maple syrup, chocolate syrup or whipped cream, optional
Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth. Add eggs and cinnamon. Mix well and set aside.
Heat a nonstick pan over low-medium heat with a little butter or cooking oil spray. Pour about 1/3 cup of batter per pancake.
Cook pancakes for 1 to 2 minutes, or until bubbles appear on the surface and the bases are golden brown. Flip and cook until golden.
Serve immediately with whipped cream, maple syrup, chocolate syrup or any other toppings you like.
