Baked Brie with Pesto and Sundried Tomatoes

A molten wheel of brie cheese, topped with sundried tomatoes and pesto, and garnished with chopped chives and balsamic glaze. The perfect appetizer for holiday get together!

Yield: Serves 4
- 1 (6.7 ounce, 190 g) round of brie
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
- 1 tablespoon pesto sauce
- 1-2 tablespoons chopped chives
- balsamic glaze
Preheat oven to 360 degrees F. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Unwrap the brie and place on the baking dish. Spread the pesto sauce on top.

Add the sun-dried tomatoes.

Bake in the oven until just soft, about 13-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Drizzle with the balsamic glaze and sprinkle with the chopped chives. Serve with crackers or bread.
