Baked Brie Tortilla Bowls

Baked Brie Tortilla Bowls recipe is a quick and easy appetizer made with simple ingredients, and will surely impress your family and friends.
To make this tasty finger food, fill the tortilla bowls with a mixture of olives, sun dried tomatoes, garlic and dried oregano, top with cheese and bake until cheese is melted.

Yield: Serves 3
- 6 mini soft tortilla bowls (I used Old El Paso brand)
- 100 g Brie cheese (or Camembert cheese), cut into 6 pieces
- 1/2 cup sliced Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- black pepper
If the olives are is too salty, soak them in the cold water for 30 minutes or until your desired level of saltiness and then drain.
In a bowl, combine olives, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and oregano. Set the mixture aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the tortilla bowls on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Divide the mixture evenly among the tortilla bowls. Top with a piece of cheese.
Bake in the oven for 10-14 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with pepper and serve.
