Spoon the leftover crushed tomatoes in an ice cube tray and put in the freezer.

Once frozen solid, pop them out of the ice cube tray (I slide a sharp knife down each of the four sides to pop them out).

Transfer them to a zip-lock bag and store in the freezer until ready to use.
