Easy Iced Coffee
Yield: Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 4 teaspoons instant coffee
- 8 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- whipped cream for garnish (optional)
- cocoa powder for garnish
Instructions:
Blend the instant coffee, milk, vanilla extract, sugar and ice cubes in a blender until smooth.
Pour in a martini glass, top with whipped cream and garnish with cocoa powder. Serve immediately.
