Marinated Bocconcini Skewers Recipe
Marinated Bocconcini Skewers is a simple appetizer and will add some colors to your next party table! Combine olive oil, vinegar, herbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Add bocconcini and toss until bocconcini is well coated. Thread the tomatoes, bocconcini, and basil onto the skewers and serve.
Yield: Serves 4
- 4 bamboo skewers
- 12 grape tomatoes
- 8 fresh basil leaves
- 8 Marinated Bocconcini
To assemble, place a grape tomato, a folded basil leaf and one marinated bocconcini on each skewer and repeat it again.
Note: You can drizzle more white wine vinegar and olive oil over the skewers before serving.
