Energy Bites Recipe
These healthy energy bites are perfect for a delicious snack or even dessert, especially for kids. No bake energy bites are fun to make and you cannot find any easier snack than these!
Yield: Makes 30-32 energy bites
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup ground wheat germ
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- unsweetened cocoa powder
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly mixed. Let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Once chilled, roll into balls and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
