Heat 2-3 tablespoons oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and fry until golden.
Then add the garlic and zucchini and cook until golden and tender, stirring occasionally. Add the mint, oregano, turmeric powder, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 2-3 more minutes.
Transfer it to a serving dish and top with cottage cheese. Serve this Zucchini and Cottage Cheese as a side dish or as a light lunch or dinner.
