Tilapia Pesto
Yield: Serves 2
Ingredients:
  • 2 tilapia fillets, about 400 g
  • 1/3 cup basil pesto sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • cooking spray
  • salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking dish lightly with cooking spray.

Season both sides of tilapia fillets with pepper and salt, and place in the baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix the pesto and sour cream, and spread all over the fillets.

Place on the middle rack of the oven and bake until the fish flakes easily, about 10-12 minutes. Serve immediately.
