Heat oil in a pot over medium heat, add garlic and fry for 5 minutes, then add scallion and green pepper and fry them for 5 minutes. Add cauliflower florets, turmeric powder, salt and red pepper, stir and fry for 10 minutes. Add chopped tomato, crushed tomatoes and cinnamon powder and stir. Pour water, cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes, then add zucchini, mushroom, lemon juice and basil and cook until vegetables are tender.
If vegetables are tender and it has too much water, uncover the pot and cook to desired thickness.
