Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, dried dill salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and set the dip aside.
Cut carrots into 3 inches and 5 inches height (using as fingers).
Carefully trim a flat area at the "fingertip" of each carrot.
Slice garlic cloves or almonds into the shape of fingernails.
Use a small amount of dip to stick the sliced garlic cloves or almonds to the tips of the carrots. Place carrots in dip, fingernails up, in the shape of a hand. Serve with veggies or cracker.
