Breakfast Casserole from Cooking and Cooking
Yield: Serves 6

Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add bell peppers and onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are soft. Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Generously coat a 9X13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Roll out crescent rolls in the bottom of the prepared dish.

Top with a layer of ham.

Then top with a layer of salami.

Beat the eggs with the salt and pepper and pour on top.

Top with peppers and onions.

Sprinkle the cheese over the top.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
